Chiefs Jon McGraw and KC Wolf Celebrate Ridgeview Elementary’s Fuel Up to Play 60 Accomplishments

Kansas City Chiefs Safety, #47 Jon McGraw, and Chiefs mascot KC Wolf, recently visited Ridgeview Elementary in Olathe, Kansas to reward students for their success with the Fuel Up to Play 60 program and motivate them to continue to make healthy lifestyle choices for themselves while working to make their school a healthier place. The students at Ridgeview Elementary, with the guidance of their Fuel Up To Play 60 Program Advisor and Physical Education teacher Wendy Scholten, have been busy implementing Fuel Up to Play 60 healthy eating and physical activity “plays.”  Ridgeview’s Fuel Up to Play 60 student team completed a Family Fitness Night and scored many other touchdowns throughout the year – from a Milk Mustache Booth in the cafeteria to Fitness (not fire) Drills in the classroom.
